Tom and Regie are certified personal trainers by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Team GRT is hard at work developing content you can have delivered to your home, loaded on your iPod, or streamed to your phone that will allow you to workout in the comfort and privacy of your home, your hotel, or wherever you feel the urge.

Tom and Regie are dedicated in their belief that exercise does not require expensive machines, and deliver knowledge on how best to perform body weight or small gear exercises to maximize the results of your time and effort.
